About the Role

This role isn't about basic editing it's about ideas, storytelling, and using modern tools, including AI, to create better content, faster. You'll work across podcasts, YouTube, paid ads, and reels, bringing a fresh creative perspective instead of simply executing briefs.

What You'll Own

- Bring new concepts and creative editing styles to every project.

- Use modern tools and AI to work faster without compromising quality.

- Move editing style beyond old-school, cookie-cutter approaches.

- Apply basic shooting fundamentals framing, composition, and camera angles — to editing decisions.

- Collaborate with the team and plan projects effectively.

- Use AI tools comfortably across the video creation and editing workflow.

- Bring fresh perspectives that improve how the team creates content overall.

What You Bring

- Curious and willing to try new ideas and formats.

- Believes in working smart and using tools to save time.

- Takes ownership of work and cares about the final output.





- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies.

- Not afraid to question old methods and bring fresh ideas.

- Basic understanding of shooting fundamentals framing, composition, and camera angles.

- Comfortable using modern AI tools for video creation and editing.
