Job Description:

Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Job Type : Part-Time / Contract

Experience : 8 - 15 years

Location : Remote

Responsibilities:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong experience in SAP FI and CO configuration and functional support.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Experience with SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and complex issue resolution.
- Experience with Fiori applications.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout,



enhancement, and production support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing, reconciliation, accruals, depreciation, and financial reporting processes.
- Design and implement business processes covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze business process gaps and recommend process improvements and SAP best-practice solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and distributed project teams in a remote setting.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
