As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.



Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern.- Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure seamless user experience.- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web-based applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Skills :
