Key Responsibilities

1. Valuation Data Entry & Maintenance

- Review investment valuation memos prepared by Deal Teams and accurately capture valuation information in the Excel-based master valuations system.
- Ensure the latest and final valuation is reflected in the system of record.
- Track valuation dates and update/version information to maintain proper version control.
- Overwrite superseded valuation information when revised valuation memos are received and maintain appropriate update dates.
- Ensure valuation data accurately feeds quarterly reporting metrics.

2. Valuation Memo File Management

- Maintain valuation memos in the appropriate folder structures organized by fund and sector.
- Monitor revised valuation submissions and ensure superseded versions are removed.
- Save the latest/final valuation memo in both the applicable fund and sector folders.
- Maintain consistent naming, organization, and document version control across valuation files.

3. Data Reconciliation & Exception Management

- Reconcile information between quarterly Excel-based fund records and individual investment valuation memos.
- Review and compare key valuation and performance data points, including:
- Invested Capital
- Realized Proceeds
- Unrealized Value
- MOIC
- IRR

- Identify, document, and track discrepancies between Finance records and Deal Team valuation memos.
