We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage the preventive and breakdown maintenance of building/facility systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and experience in facility maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.

- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns and ensure timely rectification.

- Monitor DG, UPS, HVAC, pumps, motors, panels and other MEP equipment.

- Coordinate with technicians, contractors and external service providers.

- Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, logs and service records.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and statutory requirements.

- Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance consumables.

- Prepare maintenance reports and update management on equipment status.

- Support energy-saving and facility improvement initiatives.

RequirementsStrong knowledge of Facility Management & Building Maintenance.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of HVAC, DG, UPS, pumps,



motors and electrical panels.
Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning.
Knowledge of MEP systems.
Contractor/vendor coordination.
Good problem-solving and team-management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and maintenance/Facility Management software.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of EHS, 5S and workplace safety.
