Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for business transactions, including data entry, document management, and project monitoring.
Coordinate and facilitate business transactions, such as contracts, invoicing, and revenue processing for consulting delivery.
Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, analyze, and resolve business transaction-related issues and discrepancies and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Project Management Office to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
Experience in business operations, business support, shared/offshore services, analytics, or a similar function.
Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent attention to detail,



with a strong focus on data accuracy and completeness.
Solid organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data effectively using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities within established policies, procedures, and timelines.
Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders to obtain information and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or omissions.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
