Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting our financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and relationship management to support the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric banking solutions.

Responsibilities:-

- Identify and develop current business opportunities by targeting potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and other retail banking products.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
