Epsilon Money Group (www.epsilonmoney.com) is a Mumbai-headquartered wealth management group present across 10+ cities pan-India, serving HNI, SME and affluent clients across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Direct Equity, Bonds, Global Investments, Insurance and Family Office solutions. We are now building out our PMS business and are looking for professionals to help shape it from the ground up.

Role Context

This role sits at the core of the proposed PMS desk – owning portfolio construction, active management and performance of client mandates within their stated strategy, suitability and risk parameters, working closely with the Compliance, Operations and the Sales/RM teams.

- Construct, implement and actively manage client portfolios under PMS mandates in line with the stated investment strategy, client suitability and risk profile.
- Translate house views and model portfolios into client-level action – trades, rebalancing and cash-flow management within defined limits.
- Monitor portfolio performance, concentration and sector/stock/asset-class limits; initiate corrective action where required.
- Conduct fundamental research and financial modelling across equities, fixed income and other permissible instruments, and contribute to the design and periodic review of PMS strategies and model portfolios with the Investment Committee.
- Prepare client portfolio reports, performance updates and periodic reviews by working with product team to achieve their financial objectives as per client suitability and risk profile.
- Train and update the Sales/RM team on strategies, performance and market developments; support client pitches and due-diligence requests.
- Ensure portfolio actions,



documentation and client communication comply with the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020; coordinate with Compliance, Custodian and Fund Accountant on reporting, audits and filings.
- Ensure adherence to Client & Products Suitability policy, regulatory standards, and requirements as well as all operating processes relating to the front office.

Qualification & Experience

- Mandatory Postgraduate in Finance, or CA / CFA / CFP, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience of at least five years in related activities in the securities market, including in a portfolio manager, stock broker, investment advisor, research analyst or fund manager capacity; provided that at least 2 years of relevant experience is in portfolio management, investment advisory services, or in areas related to fund management.
- Proficiency in ACE Equity/MF, MS Office, etc., with solid analytical skills and financial modelling ability.
- NISM certifications relevant to portfolio management/investment advisory (NISM-Series-XXI-B: Portfolio Managers; NISM-Series-XA & XB/XC : Investment Adviser) strongly preferred, along with sound working knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to PMS
