We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst - Pre-Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding client business requirements, conducting discovery sessions, preparing solution proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Teams, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers to create winning proposals and solution strategies.

Responsibilities

- Three years of experience is a must as a core Business Analyst at an IT firm.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Should have hands-on experience with various wireframing tools.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts,



and gain consensus among stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended value.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and assisting in their professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- The candidate should have worked on projects involving the implementation of e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business process modelling, requirements management tools, and project management software.
