Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build qualified sales pipelines through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Client Engagement: Lead consultative discovery meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and negotiate major sales contracts.

- CRM & Reporting:



Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

- Core Skills: Solid negotiation, consultative selling, pipeline management, and communication skills.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools.
