Job Description: A Process Assistant Shift Incharge manages shift-level execution, production workflows, and frontline associate performance to meet productivity and safety targets. Key Responsibilities

- Shift Management: Oversee start-of-shift readiness, live floor control, job allocation based on skills, and smooth end-of-shift handovers.

- Team Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and mentor associates on productivity, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Process Optimization & Problem Solving: Monitor problem-solve queues, track operational metrics, and execute corrective action plans.

- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct daily workplace audits (such as 4M and 5S) and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Leadership Support: Act as a designated stand-in for the Area Manager or Team Lead when necessary.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
