Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA)

n

to the Director to support day-to-day operations, transactions, and strategic

n

initiatives within our Real Estate and Industrial Park business. The EA will act

n

as the right hand to the Director, ensuring operational efficiency, timely

n

execution of projects, and smooth coordination across internal and external

n

stakeholders.

n

n

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure,

n

industrial parks, consulting, or operations.

n

Robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

n

High level of discretion, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.

n

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools

n

Operational Management

n

o Support and monitor day-to-day activities across real estate and industrial park projects.

n

o Track progress of ongoing initiatives, identify bottlenecks,



and ensure timely resolution.

n

o Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership.

n

Transaction &Project; Support

n

o Coordinate and support land acquisition, leasing, sales, and other real estate transactions.

n

o Liaise with consultants, legal, and finance teams to ensure due diligence and compliance.

n

o Provide analytical and operational support for project feasibility and financial assessments.

n

Director Support & Strategic Assistance

n

o Act as the bridge between the Director and stakeholders (internal and external).

n

o Prepare briefs, presentations, and decision-support documents.

n

o Manage and prioritize the Director’s schedule, meetings, and commitments.

n

Cross-Functional Coordination

n

o Collaborate with project, operations, and business development teams for seamless execution.

n

o Ensure alignment across departments on key deliverables and timelines.

n
