Role Overview

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead complex analytics and data programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.
n
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
n
- Drive end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives including data engineering, reporting, visualization, and insights delivery.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, engineering teams, product teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
n
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across data, analytics, technology, and business functions.
n
- Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes.
n
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
n
- Drive Agile and/or Waterfall delivery practices depending on project requirements.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
n
- Continuously improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and analytics maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n




- 10–14 years of overall professional experience in technology, data, or analytics delivery.
n
- 5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, or BI programs/projects.
n
- Proven experience managing analytics delivery involving data engineering, reporting, dashboards, or visualization platforms.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior business and technology leaders.
n
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex delivery environments.
n
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics workflows, and delivery governance practices.
n

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation or analytics programs.
n
- Experience working with BI/reporting platforms and modern data ecosystems.
n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
