This is deep systems work. Real ownership. Zero hand-holding. What you'll own: Architect and lead a cross-platform endpoint agent across Windows and macOS - end to end, from design to production. Drive traffic steering and packet interception at the kernel/network layer - routing traffic through a transparent proxy, invisibly and reliably. Command Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) and Apple's Network Extensions framework at an architectural level. Own the full Secure Development Lifecycle - threat modeling, secure design, security testing, release sign-off. Apply deep cryptographic fundamentals 0 PKI, HSM, TEE, digital signatures - as core infrastructure, not afterthoughts. Diagnose the unsolvable - crashes, deadlocks, memory faults,



performance regressions at OS-internals depth. Lead and grow a team of endpoint engineers - setting technical direction, raising the bar, shipping without excuses. What you bring: 8–14 years building production-grade, system-level or endpoint software. Deep OS-internals mastery - processes, memory, scheduling, file systems, kernel subsystems. Proven ownership of a product from requirements through delivery. Prior experience leading engineers, not just writing code. Solid grip on network protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, TLS/SSL. AI-fluent - you use modern tools to move faster, not slower. Startup DNA - high ownership, high velocity, zero excuses.
