✔ Provide technical support to customers through chat process

✔ Resolve customer queries related to software, hardware, internet, and basic troubleshooting

n

✔ Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction

n

✔ Identify, analyze,



and escalate complex technical issues when required

n

✔ Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

n

✔ Ensure skilled communication and adherence to process guidelines

n

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

n

✔ Good written communication skills in English required
