We are looking for a creative and responsible professional who can manage both graphic design and social media activities for the company and its associated brands.

Job Summary
The Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, managing social media accounts and strengthening the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, organised and capable of handling the complete process—from content planning and designing to publishing and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and advertisements.
Create product brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners and exhibition materials.
Design product packaging, labels, instruction sheets and promotional materials.
Edit and enhance product photographs for websites, marketplaces and social media.
Maintain consistent branding, colours, fonts and visual standards.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements.
Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, resolution and colour settings.
Create basic motion graphics and edit short promotional videos and reels.
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
Research relevant industry topics, trends and competitors.
Write engaging captions, headlines, calls to action and hashtags.




Schedule and publish content regularly using appropriate social media tools.
Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
Create content around products, water-quality awareness, company achievements, exhibitions and special occasions.
Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth and other performance indicators.
Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Suggest campaigns and creative ideas to improve brand awareness and generate leads.
Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
Good working knowledge of Canva.
Basic video-editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar software.
Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition and branding.
Ability to write clear and engaging content in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of print design, packaging and file preparation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking with robust attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience managing social media accounts for a company or brand.
Experience in product-based, scientific, healthcare or water-testing industries will be an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media work.
