About the Role:

n

n

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager cum Content Creator with 2–3 years of experience to manage our social media presence and create engaging content across digital platforms.

n

n

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand communication. You should be comfortable developing content ideas, creating reels/videos, writing captions, and managing social media calendars.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

n

Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

n

Create engaging content including Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and graphics.

n

Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.

n

Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and other social media copy.

n

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content styles.

n

Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video shoots when required.

n

Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.

n

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant interactions.

n





Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

n

Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.

n

Assist with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns when required.

n

Requirements

n

2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.

n

Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.

n

Hands-on experience in Reels/video creation and editing.

n

Knowledge of Canva and/or other design and video-editing tools.

n

Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

n

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

n

Good knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing practices.

n

A portfolio showcasing previous social media/content work will be preferred.

n
