Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM executive to manage order processing, quality checks, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow, maintaining accuracy, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Process customer orders after they are punched into the system

n





Perform thorough checks on orders, including quality control (QC) and customization requirements

n

Capture images and videos of orders to ensure and document product quality

n

Share tracking details with customers post-dispatch and maintain proper order flow records

n

Monitor and manage order dispatch based on priority

n

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

n

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

n

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or order management systems

n

Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently

n

Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
