Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud and/or SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on implementation experience in customer engagement, campaign management, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation within the SAP CX landscape.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
n
- Gather and analyze business requirements from marketing and business stakeholders.
n
- Design and configure customer segmentation, target groups, customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and lead management processes.
n
- Implement personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and social media channels.
n
- Integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), and third-party systems.
n
- Configure marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
n
- Develop analytics dashboards, campaign reports, and KPI tracking solutions.
n
- Support data migration, customer master data management, and data quality initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital Commerce, and Analytics teams.
n
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize solution performance.
n
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional and technical guidance.
n
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, estimations, and pre-sales activities.
n
