FyneHand has been mandated to hire a Unit Head for a leading group of hospitals. The job location is Gurugram.

Role purpose: To provide end-to-end leadership for the hospital unit , driving operational excellence, financial performance, patient experience, business growth and people leadership while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

n

The Unit Head will serve as the key link between clinical, nursing, operations, finance, HR, business development and support functions to ensure seamless, patient-centric healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead overall hospital operations and ensure seamless functioning across clinical and non-clinical departments
n
- Drive revenue, profitability, capacity utilization and operational efficiency, with ownership of key hospital KPIs
n
- Partner with senior clinicians and medical leadership to strengthen clinical productivity, specialty growth and collaboration
n
- Champion patient experience, including NPS, satisfaction, complaint resolution and efficient patient journeys
n
- Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards, patient safety, regulatory and quality requirements
n
- Lead and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering accountability, engagement and a high-performance culture
n
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities, new services,



capacity expansion and strategic initiatives
n
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and eliminate operational silos
n

n

Ideal candidate:

n

n
- 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior hospital leadership/operations
n
- Experience managing a large tertiary/quaternary-care multispecialty hospital, preferably 500+ beds
n
- Strong exposure to P&L; management, hospital operations and business growth
n
- Proven ability to manage senior clinicians and multiple stakeholders
n
- Strong commercial orientation combined with a patient-centric approach
n
- Strategic thinker with excellent execution, people leadership and transformation capabilities
n
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, doctor-led healthcare workplace
n
