FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – LUXURY MATTRESSES

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Regional Manager

n

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join a globally renowned premium and ultra-luxury mattress brand.

n

WHAT YOU’LL DO

n

• Scout and identify high-end bungalows, luxury residences, premium housing projects, hotels, and HNI customers.

n

• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, market mapping, and referrals.

n

• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and HNI customers.

n

• Meet prospective customers and introduce them to Sealy’s premium mattresses.

n

• Follow up on leads and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.

n





• Identify current business opportunities and keep track of developments in the local market.

n

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

n

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in luxury, interiors, furniture, building materials, or premium consumer products.

n

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

n

• Energetic, well-presented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.

n

• Strong sales orientation with a hunter mindset and a passion for meeting targets.

n

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

n
