About the Role

n

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced STEM Robotics Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on robotics training for educators. The trainer will help teachers understand robotics concepts and confidently integrate STEM and robotics into their classroom curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct interactive online training sessions on STEM, Robotics, and related technologies .
n
- Train educators on fundamental robotics concepts, applications, and classroom integration.
n
- Design and deliver practical, activity-based learning sessions.
n
- Simplify technical robotics concepts for Science, Mathematics, and ICT educators .
n
- Support educators in developing robotics-based classroom activities and projects.
n
- Provide guidance and feedback to participants throughout the course.
n
- Ensure sessions are engaging, practical, and aligned with learning objectives.
n

Requirements

n

n




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, STEM, Science, Mathematics, ICT, Education , or a related field.
n
- 2+ years of experience in Robotics/STEM training, teaching, or curriculum delivery.
n
- Solid understanding of Robotics, STEM education, and hands-on learning methodologies .
n
- Prior experience in training teachers/educators will be preferred.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions .
n
- Passion for technology, innovation, and educator development.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Experience with Arduino, sensors, basic electronics, coding/programming, robotics kits , or similar platforms.
n
- Knowledge of integrating Robotics into school curriculum.
n
- Experience creating project-based STEM activities.
n
- Relevant Robotics/STEM certifications will be an advantage.
n
