Job Description

An architecture and interior design studio in Sushant Lok Phase , Gurgaon is hiring an Architect with 1–4 years of experience to work on hospitality and large-scale commercial projects. The role involves design development, space planning, technical documentation, working drawings, detailing, MEP coordination, and coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and support architectural and interior design concepts for hospitality and commercial projects.
n
- Prepare space planning and layouts considering circulation, functionality and project requirements.
n
- Develop restaurant layouts, including kitchen planning and back-of-house requirements where applicable.
n
- Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, details and other technical drawings.
n
- Translate design concepts into detailed working and construction drawings.
n
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior design requirements.
n
- Coordinate with multiple consultants, vendors, contractors and project stakeholders.
n
- Work on materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and architectural/interior detailing.
n
- Review drawings and design information for coordination, accuracy and practical execution.
n




- Coordinate with site teams to resolve design and drawing-related requirements during execution.
n
- Participate in site visits and understand site conditions affecting design and execution.
n
- Incorporate project feedback and revisions while maintaining updated drawings and documentation.
n
- Support the project team in taking designs from concept development through detailed documentation and execution.

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
n
- 1–4 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design projects.
n
- Experience working on hospitality, restaurant, commercial or retail projects.
n
- Exposure to large-scale planning and spatial design.
n
- Understanding of restaurant planning, kitchen layouts and back-of-house requirements is an advantage.
n
- Working knowledge of MEP coordination and multidisciplinary drawing coordination.
n
- Robust understanding of working drawings, detailing, materials, finishes and construction requirements.
n
- Experience coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
n
- Working knowledge of relevant design, 3D modelling or visualization software.
n
- Ability to develop design ideas into detailed and practical project solutions.
n
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to manage drawing revisions and work across multiple project requirements.

- Location: Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon

- Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM); Alternate Saturdays Off
