About the Role:

n

Latinum is hiring for a client for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives across a suite of B2C consumer products.

n

n

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role for someone with robust experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale. The ideal candidate should come from a B2C product company setting and have experience building engaging mobile and web experiences for end users.

n

n

Please note : We are specifically looking for B2C/consumer product experience. Candidates primarily from SaaS, B2B, agency, or services backgrounds will not be considered.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from problem definition and user flows to polished, shippable UI.
n
- Design intuitive and engaging experiences across mobile and web platforms.
n
- Design for mobile-first and Indian consumer realities, including Android-first users, diverse devices, text scaling, and responsive layouts.
n
- Translate product requirements and ambiguous problems into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
n
- Build, contribute to, and extend scalable design systems, components, tokens, and multi-platform design patterns.
n
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution and pixel-perfect implementation.
n
- Conduct design QA and work with engineers to ensure high-quality live product experiences.
n
- Create engaging interactions, motion, micro-interactions, and prototypes to enhance user engagement.
n
- Use user research, competitive analysis,



and data-driven insights to make informed design decisions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

n

n
- 6+ years of Product Design experience, preferably with leading B2C/consumer product companies.
n
- Strong experience independently owning and delivering design initiatives end-to-end as an IC.
n
- Proven experience designing high-scale, consumer-facing mobile and web products.
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent UX, UI, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variables, Auto Layout, Prototyping, and Developer Handoff.
n
- Strong understanding of design systems and token-based design workflows.
n
- Ability to balance visual craft, user experience, systems thinking, and business impact.
n
- Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market, mobile-first behaviour, Android ecosystem, and diverse device experiences is preferred.
n
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
n

Preferred / Nice to Have

n

- Experience designing products in OTT/Streaming, Messaging, Travel, Sports, Media, or other high-engagement consumer platforms.
n
- Strong motion and interaction design skills.
n
- Experience with tools such as Tokens Studio or Style Dictionary.
n
- Experience working on products serving a large urban Indian consumer base.
n

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a designer who has built and scaled B2C digital products used directly by consumers and understands how to create engaging, intuitive, and polished experiences at scale.

n

Not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in SaaS, B2B products, agencies, or service-based organizations.
