We are actively seeking a full-time Auditor to join our growing US Employee Advantages Plan Audit team located in Mumbai, India.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Read and understand Plan document, plan adoption agreement, and plan amendments
n
- Reconcile census to payroll records
n




- Design and execute audit plan for relevant compliance-based audit for the following areas:
n

n

o Employee and employer deferrals

n

o Plan eligibility

n

o Investment income allocation

n

o Plan loans

n

o Benefit payments

n

n
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people (For Senior level)
n
- Read and understand IRS 5500 filings
n
- Read and understand TPA discrimination testing reports and findings/corrective actions
n
- Prepare/review GAAP based financial statement for employee benefit plans
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- 3 years of experience working in a public accounting firm.
n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
n

n
