Profile Summary:

n

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Figma Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills and hands-on experience with Figma and graphic design tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and other brand communication materials.

n

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding, along with the ability to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
n
- Design website and app interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens using Figma.
n
- Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
n
- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, email creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.
n
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, developers, and other team members to understand design requirements.
n
- Convert concepts and ideas into creative and user-friendly visual designs.
n
- Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI assets in Figma.
n
- Prepare designs for web and mobile platforms while ensuring responsive layouts.
n




- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final designs within deadlines.
n
- Maintain organized design files, assets, and source files.
n
- Stay updated with current graphic design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, UI design, or a related field.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
n
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
n
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
n
- Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.
n
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
n
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
n
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
n
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and Figma/UI design projects is required.

Preferred Skills

n

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
n
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
n
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
n
- Experience working with developers and handing off designs using Figma.
n
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
