Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant to join our Corporate Human Resources, HR Solutions department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technology in a truly global environment, supporting talent acquisition processes across 40 countries.

Key Responsibilities

n

• Global System Management : Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting functionality as part of our international product support team

n

• Operational Excellence : Execute business-as-usual operational tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the recruiting platform across all regions. Provide rapid error analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for Workday Recruiting issues across 40 countries

n

• Strategic Consultation : Collaborate with internal stakeholders including strategic process owners and the global talent acquisition community to optimize Workday configurations aligned with business requirements

n

• Change Management : Collect, evaluate, and deliver change requests while ensuring minimal business disruption

n

• Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as primary expert and central point of contact for all Workday Recruiting matters

n

• Global Impact : Drive recruitment technology initiatives that directly impact talent acquisition across our international operations

n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

Experience :

n

• 6-10 years of progressive experience in Workday hand on business operations with robust focus on Workday Recruiting

n

• Proven track record in an international/global role supporting multiple countries or regions

n

• Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones

n

Technical Skills:





n

• Expert-level Workday skills : Business Process configuration, advanced troubleshooting in Workday Recruiting

n

• Data Management : Proficiency in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) uploads and data integration

n

• Reporting & Analytics : Advanced skills in Workday Reporting including calculated fields and custom reports

n

• Security Administration : Strong knowledge of Workday Security for Recruiting modules

n

Educational Background:

n

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field

n

• Workday Recruiting certification preferred

n
