About the Role

n

We are looking for a Financial Services & Payments (FSP) Industry Solutions SME to drive AI-led transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep BFSI/Payments expertise with AI, consulting, solutioning and pre-sales/GTM experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop industry POVs, solution narratives & AI transformation strategies
n
- Design end-to-end solution blueprints for banking & payments use cases
n
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
n
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering & Delivery teams
n
- Drive GTM initiatives, thought leadership & client presentations
n




- Create scalable industry/"mega-solution" frameworks
n
- Engage with senior/CXO-level stakeholders as an industry thought leader
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 12–18 years of overall experience
n
- Strong Financial Services / Banking / Payments domain expertise
n
- Experience in AI / Analytics / Digital Transformation
n
- Robust Consulting / Solutioning / Pre-sales background
n
- Proven exposure to GTM, solution blueprints and industry POVs
n
- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
n

Ideal Profile: BFSI/Payments + AI/Analytics + Consulting/Solutioning + Pre-sales/GTM

n

Bangalore is the first preference; Chennai is the second preference.
