SPM Study Abroad is looking for energetic and career-focused candidates to join our Madurai team as a Student Counsellor – Study Abroad .

n

Location: Madurai

n

Employment Type: Full-Time

n

Experience: 1+ Year Preferred

n

✨ Freshers with Good English Communication Skills Can Also Apply

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Counsel students interested in studying abroad

n

• Understand students’ academic background and career goals

n

• Guide students on suitable countries, courses and universities

n

• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins

n

• Follow up with prospective students and parents

n

• Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and application processes

n

• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams

n

• Maintain proper student and lead follow-up records

n





• Work towards counselling and admission targets

n

We’re Looking For:

n

• 1+ year of relevant counselling/admission experience OR freshers with robust English communication skills

n

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

n

• Confidence in speaking with students and parents

n

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills

n

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

n

• Basic computer knowledge

n

• Interest in the overseas education industry

n
