Learning Designer & Digital Content Specialist
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Learning Designer & Digital Content Specialist to build engaging, scalable learning experiences for the MPower CRM Program. You will be the architect of our digital learning strategy—translating complex technical concepts into intuitive, engaging content that inspires adoption and builds user confidence. Your work will reach thousands of users across our global organization

Create engaging digital learning experiences and multimedia content that support the MPower learning strategy and reinforce commercial adoption through modern, scalable learning solutions. You will design role-based learning paths, produce high-quality video and interactive content, and maintain a dynamic library of learning assets that evolve with the program.

Instructional Design
Design engaging, role-based learning experiences for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced delivery
Develop comprehensive learning paths that guide users from awareness through mastery
Create microlearning modules, job aids, and performance support resources for just-in-time learning
Translate complex technical and process concepts into user-friendly, engaging learning
Apply instructional design principles to optimize for retention and behavior change
Digital Content Creation
Produce professional instructional videos using tools such as Synthesia and Camtasia
Edit, refine, and optimize video content for multiple channels and audiences
Design graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive content using design tools




Create product demonstrations and "What's New" videos for releases
Produce executive update videos and leadership communications
Learning Asset Management
Maintain and continuously update the MPower learning library and digital asset repository
Update content following product releases, process changes, and user feedback
Ensure all learning materials remain current, accessible, and consistent with brand standards
Organize and tag content for easy discoverability by end-users
Support the learning management system (LMS) with regular content audits and refreshes
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Leverage AI-enabled and emerging tools to accelerate content development and improve quality
Explore new approaches to digital learning, gamification, and user engagement
Analyze learner analytics and feedback to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
Pilot new learning modalities and technologies to stay ahead of industry best practices
Contribute ideas to enhance the overall learning strategy and user experience
Illustrative Activities
Produce release overview and feature launch videos
Design interactive eLearning modules on core CRM capabilities
Create quick reference guides, quick-start guides, and comprehensive job aids
Edit executive update videos and town hall presentations
Build promotional content for global learning campaigns and awareness initiatives
Develop graphics, illustrations, and infographics for communications and presentations
Maintain the LMS, update course listings,



and organize learning repository
Conduct user testing on learning content to refine user experience
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy

What you need to have:
12+ years’ experience, 4+ years of instructional design, learning content development, or similar experience
Proficiency with video production and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Strong graphic design skills and experience creating visual learning materials
Ability to translate technical and complex information into explicit, engaging content
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple projects with tight timelines
Portfolio or examples of previous learning design work (videos, courses, graphics)
Experience with enterprise software implementations or large-scale technology rollouts
Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and learning science principles
Experience with AI-enabled content tools (e.g., generative video, AI voiceover)
Background in CRM systems, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms
Experience creating interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Exposure to change management or organizational transformation environments
