Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 15-20 years in accounting, preferably in a CA firm

n

Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate — Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / CA dropout) is a strong plus

n

Salary: 10LPA to 12LPA

n

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

n

Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who has a good understanding of financial books of accounts as well as MIS reporting for SME businesses and can also lead a team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional ready to move from routine execution to real responsibility and authority over the accounts desk.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Independently handle and finalise accounts for corporate and non-corporate clients

n

• Would be able to undertake finalization of BS, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and finalisation of Balance Sheets

n

• Handle GST, TDS and income-tax compliances — returns, workings and coordination

n

• Lead a team, of 3-5 people.

n

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review

n

• Support statutory and tax audits with schedules, data and reconciliations

n

The Ideal Candidate





n

• 15–20 years of solid accounting experience.

n

• Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / CA dropout) preferred — a strong added advantage

n

• Strong command of Tally, Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting

n

• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Accounting Standards

n

• Proven ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently

n

• Positive communication skills, discipline and the ability to meet deadlines
