We’re Hiring: AI-Native Finance & Accounts Associate

We are looking for someone to independently manage accounting and finance operations for select startup clients of our firm.

n

n

This is not a traditional accountant role.

n

n

We want someone who is:

n

n
- Strong with accounting fundamentals and financial statements
n
- Comfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting, reconciliations and month-end closures
n
- Well-versed with TDS, GST and other routine finance compliances
n
- Able to review ledgers, identify gaps and ensure books are accurate and audit-ready
n
- Extremely comfortable with AI tools and technology
n
- Curious about automation, data and modern finance systems
n
- Willing to take complete ownership and independently solve problems rather than wait for instructions
n

n

The role will involve accounting, TDS/GST workings, reconciliations, MIS, financial data management, monthly closures, financial statement support and coordination for statutory compliances,



while using AI and automation tools to make finance operations faster and smarter.

n

n

You could be a B.Com/BBA graduate, semi-qualified CA or finance skilled with the right aptitude and strong accounting knowledge.

n

Experience with Tally, Excel, ChatGPT/Claude and AI-based finance tools is a must— but ownership, reliability and the ability to learn fast matter more.

Role: Full-time, in-office

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram

n
