About the Role

TSP Select is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition, generate revenue, and build long-term business relationships.

n

We are seeking professionals with a strong "hunter mindset" who are passionate about identifying opportunities, approaching decision-makers, closing deals, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market research.
n
- Generate consistent business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
n
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, solution presentations, and commercial discussions.
n
- Negotiate contracts and close staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions opportunities.
n




- Manage newly acquired accounts until operations are stabilized and client relationships are established.
n
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
n
- Generate a minimum of 2 current client acquisitions per month.
n

Required Skills

- Proven experience in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
- Experience in generating new business opportunities independently.
n
- Ability to engage CXOs, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Procurement Teams.
n
- Strong understanding of revenue generation and business growth strategies.
n
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
