AAFT University of Media & Arts is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-focused Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable residential environment for students.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Position: Hostel Warden

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Oversee the safety, security, discipline, and overall well-being of hostel residents.

n

• Monitor daily hostel activities, routines, attendance, and leave records.

n

• Address students’ concerns and provide appropriate support.

n

• Maintain records related to attendance, visitors, leave, and incidents.

n

• Ensure adherence to hostel rules, university policies, and safety protocols.

n

• Coordinate with the Administration, Security, and other relevant departments.

n

• Respond to emergencies and promptly escalate serious incidents to the appropriate authorities.

n





• Conduct regular hostel inspections and coordinate for cleanliness and maintenance.

n

• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive residential environment.

n

Eligibility & Requirements:

n

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

n

• Prior experience in hostel administration, student welfare, residential schools/colleges, or a similar role will be preferred.

n

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

• Good student management and problem-solving abilities.

n

• Responsible, disciplined, patient, and approachable.

n

• Comfortable working in a residential/hostel workplace.

n

• Willing to work from the AAFT University campus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
