We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through open market prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.



Acquire new corporate and business clients to expand the company's customer base. Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into business opportunities. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Good networking and lead-generation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. ~2-6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition. ~ Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Investment, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets will be preferred.
