Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales and supporting customers within the assigned geographic area. The role includes visiting distributors, retailers, and farmers, promoting agrochemical products, and conducting product demonstrations and field visits. The Territory Manager will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and support business planning for the region. Daily tasks involve managing sales operations, resolving customer queries,



ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate territory reports. The position is based in Kanpur and requires close collaboration with the regional sales team and other internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions. Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, and achieve sales targets. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner. Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.
