Roles & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
n
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs .
n
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
n
- Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
n
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
n
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
n
- Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.

- Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards .

Ideal Candidate

1 Strong Product Designer from top college profile

n

2 Mandatory (Experience) - Minimum 1+ YOE in UX / Product Design, with strong focus on B2C Products

n

3 Mandatory (Portfolio) - Solid portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C Products

n

4 Mandatory (Company): Top B2C product company

n

5 Mandatory (Education) - Must have Design Education (BDes, MDes) from Tier1 college (NIT, NIFT. IIT). Tier2 colleges will be given 2nd priority

6 Mandatory (Exclusion) - Only UX designer wont work, we need product designers
