Nuvora Stays is hiring an Interior Design Associate (On-site, Hyderabad).

We're a boutique, theme-based homestay startup, and we're looking for someone to travel, research, and help shape the experience behind our properties.

NIFT students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties
Observe and document a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations
Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation from field observations
Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans needed to execute different themes
Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to spot business opportunities
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategy

What We're Looking For

Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn
Excellent observation and analytical skills
Good internet research abilities
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to prepare organized reports and documentation
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
Willingness to travel frequently across India and work from our Hyderabad office
