We Are In Collective is looking for a Graphic Designer who can make things look good, and make them make sense. :)

Not just pretty pictures.

Not just moving things around until someone says, “Yeah, this looks nice.”

We’re looking for a designer who wants to work on brands, ideas, campaigns and everything in between.

n

What you’ll work on:

n

Design - Easy as that.

n

That’s pretty much it. Not complicating the job description with 27 different modules. :)

n

n

Based on your skills and interests, more involvement can be considered in areas like branding, visual identity, art direction, creative thinking, etc.

n

n

Things that give you extra points:

n

( Not just for getting selected: More skills → More work → More value → More salary.) :)

n

Graphic Designer + Video Editor

n

If you can design and edit videos/motion content, that’s an added advantage.

n

n

Graphic Designer + Artist

n

If you can draw, illustrate, sketch or create things from scratch, even better. These skills can be particularly useful when we’re creating or developing brands.

Good language skills

n

We’re not an English-speaking-only team. :)

n

And by “good English”,



we don’t mean you need to speak like you’re presenting at an international conference.

n

We mean the basic things:

n

Spell things correctly. Read what you’ve written. Understand what you’re communicating. Don’t make us discover a spelling mistake after the post goes live.

Common sense counts.

n

n

Who we’re looking for

- 1–2 years of graphic design experience
n
- Someone who understands design beyond just using design software
n
- Someone who can take a brief and bring their own thinking into it
n

Most importantly:

We’re looking for effort, curiosity and ownership .

In short, make mistakes and own it. ;)

This is a full-time role . [Work from the office, in Kottayam]

The salary will depend on your skills, expertise, additional capabilities, experience and present/last compensation. If you bring more to the table, we’re happy to have a bigger conversation.
