Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support the organization in managing day-to-day business, operational, and administrative activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day organizational and account-related activities.
n
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and processes.
n
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, statements, and other business documents.
n
- Assist in invoicing, expense tracking, payments, and other commercial activities, as required.
n
- Follow up with relevant teams and stakeholders on pending activities and deliverables.
n
- Support management with regular updates and information.
n
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
n
- Handle routine correspondence and documentation.
n
- Assist in maintaining organized records of clients, vendors, projects, and other business-related information.

- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers when required.
n
- Support the team with any other operational or administrative requirements.

Educational Qualification

n

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field .

n

Experience

n

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Account Executive, Operations, Administration, Commercial, or similar role, preferably within an advertising, marketing, media, or qualified services organization.
