Senior Diamond Jewellery Production

Location: Jubilee Hills

Experience: 10+ Years

Salary: 10-12LPA

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Manage end-to-end diamond jewellery production operations.
n
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and delivery timelines.
n
- Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and QC teams.
n
- Supervise production teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
n
- Monitor diamond and precious metal usage, wastage and production losses.
n
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.
n
- Identify and resolve production, quality and process-related issues.
n
- Monitor rework, rejection and productivity at each production stage.
n
- Maintain daily production reports and performance records.
n




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth order execution.
n
- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
n
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.
n
- 10+ years of experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing/production.
n
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production processes.
n
- Proven experience in managing production teams and large-volume orders.
n
- Good understanding of diamond setting, casting, polishing and finishing.
n
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimising wastage.
