Atom is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation practice. This is a client-facing role for a hands-on leader with proven Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
You will lead HCM transformation initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution-design sessions.
Translate HR requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide functional leadership across modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Absence, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
Lead configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.
Manage client expectations, project risks, and key delivery decisions.
Partner with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Mentor consultants and review key project deliverables.
Support solutioning, demonstrations, scoping,



and pre-sales activities.

Required Qualifications
5–10 years of Oracle HCM experience.
Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience is required.
Experience completing at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
Solid functional knowledge across one or more Oracle HCM modules.
Experience leading client workshops, configuration, and testing activities.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working within consulting or professional services.

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
Experience across multiple HCM modules.
Knowledge of integrations, reporting, security, and data migration.
Experience leading HCM workstreams or mentoring consultants.
