* Lead sales, recruitment and business development

? Ideal Candidate
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong business development / sales / BFSI / recruitment experience preferred
* Ability to invest ₹10 Lakhs or more
* Strong networking and leadership skills
* Willing to take active ownership of the business
* Long-term commitment to building a company
