Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Resplice Autism Research Institute’s programs, research, and services. This role includes planning and running integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and coordinating content across web, social media, and email to build awareness and engagement.



The Marketing Manager will collaborate with clinical, research, and operations teams to translate complex scientific and therapeutic information into clear, accessible messages for families, partners, and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing brand positioning, managing external vendors and agencies, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports that inform leadership decisions. The role also involves organizing outreach initiatives, events, and partnerships that strengthen the institute’s community presence and support its mission.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaign plans, and brand initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, web content, and basic SEO/analytics.
