Role Description The Sales Executive role is a part time, hybrid position based in Alwar, with a combination of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, reach out to potential clients, and present Rao Taxation Solution’s services in taxation, compliance, and business consulting. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls, scheduling and attending meetings,



maintaining client relationships, and following up on inquiries to convert them into long-term clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, tracking sales activities in CRM or similar tools, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management. The Sales Executive is expected to uphold the firm’s values of transparency, professionalism, and client confidentiality while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Knowledge of taxation and compliance services (e.g., Income Tax, GST, ESI, EPF, ROC, MSME, IEC) or willingness to quickly learn these domains.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex services in clear, client-friendly language.
