Role Description The Field Service After Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site customer visits and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will provide technical support and after-sales service for equipment such as aerial working platforms, Scissor lift, spider lifts, truck mounted platform, railroad equipments.





Typical responsibilities include commissioning and installing equipment, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting at site, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating repairs and spare parts. The specialist will interact with customers to address service requests, provide training on equipment usage and safety, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and supporting continuous improvement in service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic systems, with experience in industrial or construction equipment service.
