Role Description The Area Sales Manager will drive new school partnerships, student enrolments and revenue across the Hyderabad region. The role owns the complete B2B sales cycle - territory planning, prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiation, closure and structured handover to School Success.

Key Responsibilities·
Map, segment and prioritize target schools across the assigned Hyderabad territory.· Generate qualified opportunities through school visits, referrals, events, associations and marketing leads.·
Build relationships with school owners, directors, principals and academic decision-makers.·
Understand each school's needs and present the most relevant Lean Hyphen partnership model.·




Conduct discovery meetings, presentations and commercial discussions; prepare proposals and close annual partnerships.
Achieve assigned targets for school acquisitions, student enrolments, revenue and collections.·
Maintain accurate opportunities, next actions, forecasts and meeting notes in the CRM.·
Coordinate with Marketing, Product and School Success; complete a explicit handover after closure.·
Track competitors, objections and reasons for wins or losses; report insights to the Sales Head.·
Guide assigned Sales Executives, review their pipelines and accompany them for priority meetings, when applicable.

Key Performance Indicators·
Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue, school acquisition and student-enrolment targets.· Qualified pipeline maintained at approximately 3x the upcoming quarterly target.·
Number of decision-maker meetings, proposals and partnerships closed.· Proposal-to-clo
