The Opportunity
We are seeking a strong visual designer who can also manage day-to-day social media execution. This is a hands-on role for a qualified who can turn strategy and subject-matter expertise into polished, credible content—and then manage that content from planning through publication and performance review.
The ideal applicant understands that Z2W.AI is not looking for generic motivational content or high-volume posting without purpose. Every asset should strengthen authority, make complex ideas easier to understand, and guide the right audience toward a meaningful next step.
Scope of Services
· Content planning.



Build and maintain a rolling social media calendar aligned with campaigns, offers, authority content, website resources, and business priorities.
· Social media design. Create polished static posts, carousels, infographics, quote graphics, lead-magnet promotions, thumbnails, story assets, and campaign visuals that follow the Z2W.AI brand system.
· Short-form video. Edit reels, short videos, clips, captions, hooks, transitions, and branded end cards from supplied or newly recorded footage.
· Copy and captions. Draft platform-appropriate captions, headlines, calls to action, hashtags, and supporting copy in a clear, professional, human voice.
· Publishing. Schedule and publish approved content accurately across agreed channels, including links, tags, formatting, thumbnails, and accessibility details.
· Channel management. Maintain consistent profiles and content across LinkedIn, Instagram,
