About The Team
The Enterprise Solutions and Experience team is seeking an Engineer – Salesforce & Certinia PSA to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and support scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Certinia PSA and integrations with other enterprise applications. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, integration teams,
and other engineering groups across the company to deliver reliable and scalable business capabilities.
About The Role
You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications built on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, APIs, and platform security, along with working knowledge of Certinia PSA business processes and data models.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues across integrated enterprise systems, and contribute to software engineering and DevOps best practices.
