Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate source data from legacy ERP, warehouse management, PO systems, POS and third-party feeds, working within the organizations’ ingestion and governance framework.
n
- Build and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate and mart layers for the supply-chain domain.
n
- Design and implement business reporting / dashboard for the Supply Chain teams to support business strategy and day-to-day operations.
n
- Provide day-to-day operation-level data & analysis support to operation team so as to improve operational efficiency in terms of lead time, forecast, capacity & cost.
n
- Carry out complex analysis to support business decisions (e.g. Network design, DC locations, etc.
n
- Collaborate with Data Warehouse team (DaWaCa) to create robust and scalable data infrastructure to retrieve and analyze data.
n
- Provide one single source of truth for Supply Chain data.
n
- Define, recommend, and implement new key performance indicators (e.g. forecast accuracy)
n
- Scope and create user-friendly and actionable dashboards to provide visibility and insight.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
n
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with advanced SQL, dbt (or equivalent), Python for data work, and a cloud warehouse- Snowflake preferred.
n
- Real understanding of data modelling: grain, keys, slowly-changing dimensions, incremental strategies, idempotency.
n
- Experience programming to extract,



transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.
n
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
n
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
n
- Experience with data visualization using PowerBI, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
n
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs.
n
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and proven track record of an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams at all levels.
n
- Experience in fashion industry, supply chain, omni-channel operations.
n
- Strong commitment and dedication to tasks, with a willingness to take on tasks outside of the usual remit.
n
- Uses AI assistants fluently as part of their engineering workflow, with judgement about output quality.
